1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User,” “you,” or “your”), and URWAN (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website and e-commerce platform operated by URWAN (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing products from the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility & User Account
A. General Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have attained the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- All registration and account information submitted by you is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
B. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login passwords, and personal details. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. URWAN reserves the right to suspend, terminate accounts, or refuse service at its sole discretion if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
3. Product Details, Orders & Pricing
A. Product Representation
We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, fabrics, and fit silhouettes of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual visual display depends on individual monitor settings and hardware. URWAN does not guarantee that your device’s display of any color or texture will be completely precise.
B. Order Acceptance & Availability
All orders placed on the Platform are subject to product availability and confirmation of order acceptance by URWAN. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product out-of-stock conditions or small-batch limitation thresholds.
- Errors in product specifications, descriptions, or pricing listings.
- Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.
C. Pricing and Goods & Services Tax (GST)
- All prices listed on the Platform are stated in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) as governed by Indian tax laws under GSTIN: 26ACEFA8886G1ZU.
- URWAN reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, and product offerings at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment Terms
A. Payment Methods
We support payment options provided by accredited third-party payment gateway aggregators, including:
- Credit Cards / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay).
- Net Banking across major banking institutions.
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI) and digital wallets.
B. Transaction Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize URWAN and its designated payment processing partners to charge the selected payment method for the total order value (including product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees, if any). Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Title Transfer
- Shipping and delivery operations are subject to our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are approximations and subject to logistics carrier performance, regional delays, or events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure).
- Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon successful delivery of the order to the designated shipping address provided during checkout.
6. Lifetime Warranty Policy
URWAN products are engineered for durability and structural integrity. Specific apparel lines carry a Lifetime Warranty covering structural stitching failures, seam separations, and hardware defects directly resulting from manufacturing faults.
A. Exclusions
The Lifetime Warranty explicitly excludes:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular prolonged usage.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, severe abrasion, or improper laundering/care instructions.
- Unauthorized alterations, tailoring modifications, or repairs attempted outside URWAN’s authorized facility.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform and its entire original contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to designs, product patterns, brand name (“URWAN”), logos, graphics, copy text, images, icons, software codes, and layout—are the exclusive property of URWAN and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial e-commerce shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior explicit written permission from URWAN.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited under these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions or misrepresenting your identity.
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or reverse-engineer site security or network infrastructure.
- Using automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest data from the Platform.
- Posting harmful, libelous, defamatory, or objectionable content in reviews or customer communications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- URWAN, its founders, directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform or products purchased.
- URWAN’s total aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific item in dispute.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless URWAN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, violation of any third-party rights, or improper use of the Platform.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
A. Governing Law
These Terms and any obligations arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
B. Jurisdiction
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms or product purchases that cannot be settled amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
URWAN reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform with a updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
